The short version
- A human reviews every submission within 24 hours, before it renders.
- Good faith projects, art, brands, and personal pages sail through.
- Prohibited content gets a full refund, not an argument.
- Every link gets a health check each quarter, for the life of the grid.
1What gets approved
The overwhelming majority of submissions. If it is real and honest, it belongs on the grid:
- Real projects. Apps, games, tools, shops, art, newsletters, portfolios, personal pages.
- Images you made or clearly have the rights to use.
- Links that go exactly where they say they go. No cloaking, no surprise redirects.
- Anything safe to show a general audience. When in doubt, that is the test we apply.
2The prohibited list
These get rejected on sight, every time:
- Gambling and betting of any kind, including casino affiliates.
- Adult content and links that lead to it.
- Crypto pumps. Token shills, presales, trading signals, get rich quick anything.
- Malware, phishing, and scams, including deceptive downloads and fake login pages.
- Trademark abuse or impersonating a person or a brand.
- Hate or harassment, or targeting anyone.
- Anything illegal. Obviously.
We keep final say on gray areas. The upside of that deal: if we say no, you get your money back in full. The refund flow is below.
3Review within 24 hours
- Human eyes land on every submission within 24 hours, usually much faster.
- Nothing renders publicly until it is approved. The grid never shows unreviewed content.
- Three possible outcomes: approved, needs changes, or rejected.
- Edits to an approved square go through the exact same review as a first submission.
4The needs-changes flow
Most problems are small: a blurry image, a link typo, a name that reads like someone else's brand. Here is what happens:
- We email you exactly what to change. No vague form letters, ever.
- Your squares are held for you the whole time. Nobody else can take them.
- Resubmit as many times as you like within 30 days.
- If we cannot land on a version together, you get a full refund instead.
5Rejected means refunded
- Content that hits the prohibited list is rejected, and those squares are refunded in full to your original payment method through Stripe.
- Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
- Repeatedly submitting prohibited content can close the door on future purchases. We would rather never use that line.
6Link health checks
A grid full of dead links is a graveyard, and this one is promised to stay alive. So:
- Every link on the grid gets checked each quarter, for the full ten year grid promise in the terms.
- If your link breaks, you get a heads up email and 30 days to fix it.
- Still broken after that? The link is quietly unlinked. Your square keeps its color, name, and image.
- Fixed it later? Email us and we relink it, any time, for free.
